• Grassroots "Hacker" Culture: While many non-profits align strictly with corporate IT standards, we lean into the grassroots hacker ethos. We emphasize hands-on exploitation, white-hat techniques, and digital civil liberties alongside standard defense.

• Championing Diversity & Access: We actively target underserved communities, including veterans, women, and people of color, to align them with training and coaching. We explicitly welcome individuals without traditional IT backgrounds or college degrees, focusing on aptitude over pedigree.
